Our store serves clients in the US, Canada, and 150 plus other countries.
For international service, orders must be placed 4 days in advance via e-mail or calling our customer service directly. The email address and the customer service telephone number are custserv@elastingimpressions.com and (800) 932-3866, consecutively. At present, we are unable to accept any international orders over the internet.
For orders via e-mail please include recipient's name, address, telephone number, product, and price. Also include sender's name, address, and a contact number. Our representative will contact you to confirm the order.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, please place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
Our shop will be closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Lasting Impressions delivery policy
|
A delivery fee of $7.95 will be added to each order, for each address in the U.S. (For deliveries outside the U.S., the deliver fee is $15.95 for each order).
U.S. orders must be received before 3:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of the day, but we cannot guarantee it.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We will be happy to accept your international orders via e-mail or over the phone. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
